Rebound AIR™, has been offering the ORIGINAL and BEST Rebounder for over 47 years! We use only the best materials and workmanship available. Each Rebound AIR comes with a limited warranty (commercial use excluded) as expressed below:
They guarantee the frame to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 10 years*. Excluding negligence, we guarantee the workmanship and materials on the mat, rebounder springs, and rubber feet for the life of your unit, up to a one-time replacement from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include the spring cover and the warranty, as stated, is valid as long as the user’s weight is not in excess of 300 pounds for the Standard and Classic models and 400 pounds for the Ultimate model, providing the unit is used in its intended purpose. Over the life of your Rebound AIR, depending on use, it’s possible for the springs and/or surface mat to need replacement. Available replacement parts will be listed on the website if needed. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and receipt is required. Any other guarantees or warranties, expressed, implied, written, or otherwise stated will not be recognized by the Rebound AIR .While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of protection for all equipment, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use. All merchandise is sold based upon this stated condition. Our rebounders are designed for exercise, therapeutic, and rehabilitation purposes and not for tricks. The rebounder is to be used under adult supervision at all times and we recommend the use of a stabilizing bar. Users are cautioned to inspect the unit prior to each use and not to use the unit if a major structural defect in the frame, springs, matting, or footing is found. Cosmetic defects due to normal wear and tear such as paint scratches do not render this unit unfit for use. While we do all we can to ship the component parts individually and safely, we cannot guarantee against any minor scratches that may occur during international shipments.
Warranty does not include shipping costs. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and any fees related to warranty claims. All shipments outside the United States, the purchaser and/or recipient is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs fees, etc.
